History
Countertops by Design was established in 2006 by Ron and Patricia Osborn. We are a small business that designs, fabricates and installs countertops for residential and commercial applications. Countertops By Design is owned and operated by Patricia Osborn. Ron Osborn has extensive knowledge of the countertop industry from his twenty-plus years experience in the industry.
Our Mission
Countertops by Design designs and installs quality custom countertops designed to each individual client’s specifications. We intend to accomplish this goal through strict quality installation guidelines, timely deliveries, excellent workmanship, competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
Our Team
Patricia Osborn has worked in the banking industry for over ten plus years which has provided her a good knowledge base for customer service, time management skills, marketing, management and team building.
Ron Osborn has been in the solid surface industry since 1986 working in the Oklahoma and Kansas City regions. Ron has been certified in five different solid surface products. Ron has extensive training and keeps current with the industry to bring you the most up-to-date experience when it comes to making your countertop decisions.
